When you register for free, you will receive access via ThriveCart to an introductory video and course content. I call this Module 0, in preparation for Pillar 1, which opens on October 1.

Then, on October 1, when payment is made, you will be granted access to Pillar 1. Once you have access, you can view the Pillar 1 video and written content. The videos will take approximately 30-40 minutes to complete and will include an explanation of the written material. You will also receive practical exercises designed to help you embody the module—not just read or understand it on a cognitive level, but truly experience the course.

Two weeks after each module starts, I will host a live Q&A (times may vary) to answer any questions you’ve sent me via email. All content will be recorded so you can access it at your convenience.
